‘small steps, BIG MOVES’
Group Learning and Rhythmic Movement for:
Stage 4 (Years 7-8)
An engaging curriculum-based term program, fostering interpersonal skills and improving mental and physical health.
During Years 7–8, students face academic, social, and emotional challenges as they transition to secondary school.
Our program supports this journey with practical strategies to navigate peer pressure, new environments, and relationships.
In a supportive, inclusive space, students build self-regulation, communication, and teamwork skills—while improving physical health through dynamic movement and shared storytelling that fosters connection, empathy, and confidence.
A highlight is our signature dance fitness modules, encouraging lifelong activity and self-expression.
