Working as a dance teacher and movement coach for five years inspired me to pursue a career in health as an Exercise Physiologist. After experiencing a career-changing injury and facing a lack of affordable access to the care I needed, I decided I wanted to be the change.

Striving for culturally safe practice and cultural competence—especially regarding the social determinants of health—is my main mission when providing preventative or rehabilitative care”.
