Student Facilitator
“I’m Sheron Sultan a student facilitator and founder of Yatimba!. I’ve worked closely with young people across schools and communities, creating inclusive, empowering spaces where students feel seen, heard, and supported.
Through a dynamic mix of rhythmic movement, physical activity, and guided storytelling, I help students navigate challenges such as peer pressure, anxiety, and low self-esteem. The outcomes speak for themselves — increased confidence, improved focus, stronger social skills, and a deeper sense of belonging that extends beyond the classroom”.
-
Dance Facilitator
“I’m Nonto, my journey began as a dance teacher and movement coach, where I spent five years helping others express themselves and build confidence through movement. That experience ignited my passion for health and led me to pursue a career as an Exercise Physiologist.
After a life-changing injury and struggling to access affordable, appropriate care, I felt called to be part of the solution. Today, my mission is to provide preventative and rehabilitative care that is not only effective but also culturally safe and responsive—especially when addressing the social determinants of health”.
