(years 5 and 6).
A unique curriculum-based term program, full of fun and energy that prepares students for the challenges high school.
Year 5 and 6 students often face anxiety, low self-esteem, and disengagement during the transition to high school.
Our program supports participants with tools to handle peer pressure, bullying, and stereotypes, while building confidence, resilience, and positive relationships.
In a safe, inclusive space, students strengthen self-management, communication, and empathy skills, and enjoy learning movement through our unique dance fitness modules—boosting both wellbeing and connection.

Standard classroom, with movable desks and chairs. Alternatively, the group can relocate outdoors for the P.E. segment
We provide all equipment and learning resources, including a portable speaker
All our facilitators have current: WWCCs / public liability insurance / Mental Health First Aid/ 1st Aid & CPR / Cert III & IV in Fitness
